One drawback is that the lobby of the hotel is not as grand as it appears in the photos.

Central location, but not in the dirtiest section of town (and Manaus is quite dirty).
Inaccurate information by the staff. I asked if they had Internet for their guests, and they sent me to another hotel of their group, where I could use their Internet. They didn't tell me that this Internet was to be payed. UI wouldn't have minded, except for the fact that their Internet was exceedingly slow. You cand find lots of better and cheaper Internet cafés in town.

Great location! Only a 25-minute drive from the airport. Just a quick 10-minute walk to Museu do Indio, and close to many other cool attractions nearby! 🌟

The staff were very helpful even though we struggled to understand Portugese. They were accommodating when we needed to have our iPods recharged when the charger didnt' work.
The reception area is very dated and not very inviting. The rooms are tiny but were very clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! the value for money is fantastic - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is also perfect, just a short walk away from the main square where the opera house is located. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including comfortable twin beds and a delicious breakfast included in the price.
Everything was great, no improvements needed!

The location of the hotel was great, very close to many tourist attractions and easy to find. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. the room was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
One major drawback was the noisy air conditioner in the room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the surrounding area of the hotel felt unsafe after dark, so I had to rely on taxis for transportation, which added to my expenses.

The location. Near of Opera, and also the port. Workers: very gentle, every one. Breakfast: very nice room, and good food.
The use of internet, with a computer there isn´T. Better glasses in the window. No interior rooms.

It was in a good location and the lady at the desk was lovely :)
The room smelt a little when I got in, but I guess that's to be expected in the wet season. Also the sheets were a little dirty looking.

The hotel had good facilities, including a comfortable bed and a reliable AC unit that provided a quiet and comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff at the hotel, especially the English-speaking lady at the front desk, were extremely supportive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.
